From tap at the brewpub. Pours clear and golden yellow with a small white head. Light grassy to cornish aroma. Mild fruity and slight cornish flavoured. Bitter and crisp hoppy finish.

Draft. A light golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of straw as well as a light note of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of matl and straw as well as lighter notes of sulphur.

Clear golden pour with a white head. Watery nose, but a bit of lemon peel and a mild solvent note. A light fruit ester quality and some pale malt sweetness. The lemon is quite pronounced on the palate. Some mild hop bitterness, grass, and sweet pale malts.

On tap @ Thirsty Bear poured a clear gold with a white head. Aromas of bread, honey and a hint of citrus. Palate was light bodied and smooth. Flavors of bread , straw, citrus and a hint of apple with a crisp bittersweet finish.
