Pours a light chestnut with a thin white head which disappears quickly......light aroma of corn, yeast.....taste is slight spiciness, cereal, bit rough on the finish.

This had a nice rich color and a fairly big nose. Very malty with an equally rich caramel character. Pretty tasty but maybe a touch too much perceived sweetness.

Bronze body, ok head. Easy malted cereal grain nose with a body that follows through with easy-going, sweet malty cereal grain and corn notes with pleasant tannins helping to bring the sweet touches into balance. Solid.

krumbum (1109) - truckee, California, USA - DEC 22, 2016
Smells like cereal grains and yeast. Hazy pale amber light ring of head. Mostly yeast and vegetative to the taste. Light body.

12 oz bottle. Pours a clear orange amber color with a medium sized off white head. The aroma and flavor have toasted malts, caramel, bread, hints of earth, basic, straightforward Oktoberfest.

Pours a clear orange - brown with a thin white ring. Semi sweet caramel aroma with some fall spices. Thin body with light carbonation. Light caramel sweetness with just a hint of fall spice flavors. Fairly ordinary, nothing special.

Shot (540) - Westerville, Ohio, USA - NOV 26, 2015
Bottle. Pours reddish gold with a very thin head. Aromas of honey and sweet fruit. Flavors are honey, caramel, and earthy hops. Slightly sticky mouthfeel. Very sweet and smooth.

Draft. Strong caramel with bread crust notes. Moderately rich malt character. Taste is similarly sweet but without being cloying. Overall ok. The taste doesn’t live up to the aroma and overall I prefer them drier.

Draft all over Akron. Pint at Larry’s. Pours a typical Marzen golden amber with very small head. Toffee, cramel, doughnut on the nose and taste is about the same. Nothing special but a decent, clean marzen which I like. Mdeium body and mild carb.

Hyper-clear, bright orange. Somewhat standard longneck, strikes me as kinda English looking. Toffee, nutty malt aroma. Straw, dark syrup, low bittering, toasted, leans sweet. Medium weight. Toasted, almost cocoa finish. To style. ABC Liquors, Betton.
