Bottle from Half Time. Pours light amber with a foamy off-white head. Aroma is sugary malt. Near med body. Flavor is grain with a slight toffee aspect. Sugar lies beneath, but there’s enough hop to almost balance. Worth it for the label. Tmoney99 (15120) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - OCT 1, 2010

Sample at Winking Lizard. The beer is a clear golden-orange color with a thin off-white head that recedes quickly to an outer ring. Spotty lacing on the glass. Aroma of grainy malt and caramel plus a touch of hops. Medium body with flavors of caramel malt, mild hops and a touch of yeast. The finish is short and sweet with a malty aftertaste. Pretty straightforward Oktoberfest beer overall. hopdog (13249) - Lansdale, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 23, 2014
