Firkin version at Barley’s 7th Annual Mini RAF (05/02/09): The beer is a clear orange-amber color with a medium thick and creamy light beige head that dissipates slowly. Sticky sheet of lacing on the glass. Aroma of yeast and wheat along with some malt. Medium, clean body with flavors of yeast, sweet malt and mild fruit. The finish is malty and yeasty with a sweet wheaty aftertaste. Above average overall.
