Four pack purchased at the local grocery store. Poured into a nice wide mouth glass this has a perfect clear golden color with a thin white head. The aroma is full of coriander, ginger, orange and some mild yeast and sugar notes. The palate is superb. The perfect balance between the viscosity involved with such a beer, the heavy syrup-inducing sweet flavors and the bite that comes with the hops and the alcohol. It leave the tongue with this perfect orange blossom-velvety softness, but still manages to come back with a slight crispness to it. I know this might be heresy, but I prefer this to the Siberian Night. This is a fantastic beer. chucklemation (1759) - Royal Oak, Michigan, USA - MAY 23, 2014
Pours a golden yellow, a color like honey, with a very slight white head. Has a floral/herbal aroma along with traces of honey, yeast, and alcohol. Flavor is sweet honey, warming alcohol, and some floral notes. This is smooth and full-bodied and quite strong. Highly recommended. fitwitchik (433) - Ohio, USA - DEC 19, 2012
Had this on tap 2 months ago at TD and was told it was not sold in bottles. DANG! Surprised to find it in bottles at Whole Foods Columbus. Had to take it home since I am a huge trippel fan. Better than remembered. Sweet maltiness of a belguim with creamy head & exquisite scent. First taste took me back my glass of on tap Cerberus. Not dissappointed with it bottled at all. Sediment in the bottom tells me I am getting the real deal. THANKS to TD for making this happen. I fell in love all over again. thelizard (46) - Santa Barbara, California, USA - JUL 7, 2009
On tap at the Winking Lizard in Canton this month (July 2009)... Simply, wow. Poured an intense, deep reddish gold. I gave the aroma an average rating, because the entire place smells like fries and wings. The flavor reminds me very much of a more intense Chimay White Cap. A lot of citrus notes, with a very smooth aftertaste. Performed well both solo and with food. Overall, highly recommended. Kco (53) - USA - FEB 7, 2012
Nice amber color, cloudy, with a light tan head. Aroma of citrus and yeast. A very good balance of hops and citrus hop. Slightly bitter on the tongue, but very good.

I was pleasantly surprised by this beer. The typical spiciness and bitterness that I find come with a lot of tripels isn’t there and is instead sweet and very nice on the nose. This is a strong showing. TheBeerOrg (2145) - Louisville, Kentucky, USA - DEC 9, 2010
Pours golden with a thin mostly receding wispy off-white head. Notes of honey, white grape, champagne, herbal, pepper, yeasty esters. Full bodied, lively carbonation. A bit heavy, but very nice. bittermestupid (247) - Canton, Ohio, USA - MAR 16, 2011
12 oz. pours yellow with an orange tinge thin white head. This smells amazing like pear, banana, clove, hay and a slight caramel sweetness. The taste is pear, caramel, spices, alcohol and a nice creaminess. This medium bodied tripel laces my glass nicely has a smooth finish but is not to light. I really enjoyed this one! FROTHINGSLOSH (8139) - GREENSBURG, Pennsylvania, USA - JUN 15, 2013
Sampled from a 12 oz brown bottle this beer poured a murky amber-tan color with a small foamy white head that faded quickly and left good lacing. The aroma was sweet with notes of fresh cut peaches and pears. The flavor was sweet and tangy table sugar followed by an almost overwhelming boozy presence that then led to notes of peach, pear, honey and bread. Long boozy finish with lingering peach and pear notes. Full bodied. Other than the massive booziness a really enjoyable brew. superspak (5996) - Waterford, Michigan, USA - FEB 28, 2014
12 ounce bottle into chalice, no bottle dating. Pours moderately hazy/cloudy orange amber color with a 1-2 finger dense light khaki head with great retention, that reduces to a small cap that lingers. Nice soapy lacing clings on the glass. Aromas of big apricot, peach, pear, apple, orange peel, honey, candi sugar, bread, clove, light pepper, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness. Damn nice aromas with good balance and complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and malt notes; with good strength. Taste of big apricot, peach, pear, apple, orange peel, honey, bread, candi sugar, clove, herbal, floral, light pepper, and yeast earthiness. Lingering notes of apricot, peach, pear, apple, orange, honey, bread, candi sugar, clove, herbal, floral, and yeast earthiness on the finish for a good bit. Damn nice complexity of fruity/earthy yeast and pale malt flavors; with a great malt/yeast flavor balance and zero cloying flavors after the finish. Medium carbonation and medium-full bodied; with a smooth and moderately slick mouthfeel that is nice. Alcohol is very well hidden with only a light warming present after the finish. Overall this is an excellent tripel style! All around great complexity and balance of fruity/earthy yeast ester and malt flavors; and very smooth to sip on for the big ABV. A very enjoyable offering.
