Sampled on draft at Vintage Estate this beer poured an orange-caramel color with a medium sized creamy off white head that lingered and left decent lacing. The aroma was malty and a bit tangy with a vague sweetness. The flavor was tangy and sweet with faint fruit, sugar, almost honey and a faint toasty note. Medium length finish. Medium body. Ok. Poured on draft. Pale, hazy gold color with a fluffy white head of foam that dissipates quickly. Aroma is bready, fruity, and just a little bit of citrusy hop profile. Taste is bready and fruity. Lightly dry finish. DrSilverworm (9671) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - MAY 1, 2013

Draft at Russo’s. Pours a medium amber/orange color with a medium off white head. Smells of sweet malt, butterscotch and some caramel. Flavor was medium bodied with moderate carbonation, reminded me of an Octoberfest style beer. Toasty malt and grain. I’m not as familiar with this style but I did enjoy this with dinner. This poured a hazy orange color with a white head. Aroma was grainy malt and some caramel. Flavor was pretty bland malt and some grassy hop notes. Nothing special here.

On tap at the Winking Lizard. Poured a golden-brown, with a slight aroma. Honestly, I drank this first out of a long night, so I don’t remember explicit details from the taste. I remember it being completely non-bitter. It leaned towards something not quite malty... sort of a pleasant, toasty taste. I hope that more people try this! wxman (1820) - O’Fallon, Illinois, USA - APR 24, 2010
On draft at the Winking Lizard, too. Pours a clean clear caramel golden with a thin, but lasting head. Aroma is sweet toasted malt and butter. Tasty and smooth, but more like an Oktoberfest. Notes of caramel, butter and sweet malt nectar. Pretty good effort. Dogbrick (13018) - Columbus, Ohio, USA - APR 21, 2010
On draught at Winking Lizard. The beer is a clear amber-orange color with a medium thin beige head that recedes steadily. Rings of lacing on the glass. Grainy malt aroma with mildly bitter hops in the background. Light body with flavors of herbal hops, grain and malt. The finish is lightly bitter with a short spiced hops aftertaste. Just average overall. JaBier (7973) - Capital City, Ohio, USA - APR 18, 2010
