Very strong fruity raspberry aroma. Light and watery with bare hints of fruit in the flavor. Disappointing.

Hazy orange. Large carbonation. Sweet cereal with artificial raspberry. Tastes like syrup and club soda.

THOUGHTS: Smelled very nice, but the flavor seemed a little off. It was like a very watered down raspberry. Just slightly better than those flavored Michelob Ultras. The bottle may have been a little old because the yeast at the bottom was a little dark. TECHNICAL: Bottle. Poured an ever so slightly hazy, but completely translucent and very light yellow with a large, slightly off-white head that mostly diminished, but left excellent lacing. It was bottle conditioned. The aroma was really just raspberry with both sweet and tart ones shining through. The initial flavor was slight to moderately acidic, lightly sweet and slightly sour; while the finish was lightly sour, slightly acidic and lightly sweet with a short duration. There was sugar water, slightly watered down raspberries and a little yeast at the end. The light body was watery, but slightly sticky on the lips with fairly soft and then a little tingly carbonation and a lightly astringent finish.

12 oz. Hazy amber with a nice lasting head and soapy lacing all over the glass. Nose is raspberry. Flavor is raspberry, light tart apple and a touch of apple core and woody pith on the finish. Light body is tingly and fizzy. Refreshing, but something has an artificial flavor and leaves a bad aftertaste.

Draft. Golden pour with white head. Aroma of sweet raspberries hit you before you even try to get a sniff. Very sweet, fruit and light malt notes.

Light golden and cloudy color with a massive white head. Aroma is full of malts and raspberries. Flavor is light and full of malty raspberries. Not too bad, but I’ve had better.

On tap at Broneys during Ohio Brew Week. Pours a clear light yellow with very little white head. Aroma and taste is light raspberry. Not a lot of flavor, but the favor it had was good.

Pours gold-tinged straw. Massive fluffy white head, almost billowed over the top of of my tulip, that collapses unto itself pretty fast considering the volume. Nose of pale malts and raspberries. Almost smells like a field. Mouthfeel is crisp, nicely carbonated, not very sweet or bitter, smooth with a malty slightly fruity finish. The raspberries are an accent and don’t dominate. It’s a nice beer, but I’ve had better raspberry ales. Trade from Bad Neighbor.

12 oz. bottle pours an unnatural mauve color, like if you poured a touch of Chambord liquor in a beer. Pillowy, poufy head quickly dissipates, leaving abundant lacing and scant islands in the beer’s surface. Aroma is of a stale, overprocessed pop tart. Fake, fruity overtones with a starchy, processed grain base. The flavor reminds me of something about childhood. I think it’s either the flavor of the kiddie cosmetics I used to play with, or maybe the paint my dad used on the Barbie case he made for me. Front palate is overpowered by the smell, so I really didn’t get much taste. Mid palate is of Corona with lime and rancid Chambord with a finish of Sour Patch Kids. I feel that with fruit/veg beers, either they’re great or really bad - not very many that are just ’okay’. This is neither great nor ’okay.’ The remainder was a drain pour.

Cap comes off the bottle and the assault of raspberries ensues. Huge white head, light orange yellow color. This really doesn’t even taste like beer. More like raspberry soda. 7IBUs? why even bother?
