Cap comes off the bottle and the assault of raspberries ensues. Huge white head, light orange yellow color. This really doesn’t even taste like beer. More like raspberry soda. 7IBUs? why even bother?

Pours a five+ finger white head that fades slowly to a thin layer, leaving some lace. Hazy light amber color. Raspberry nose. Strong carbonation and medium bodied. Flavor is sweet raspberry, hints of hops at finish. This is a summer beer. $2.00 for a 12oz bottle from Tully’s Beer & Wine Wells, Me.

Pours light pinkish gold with a thin off-white head. Notes of raspberry, light fruit, wheat, and tart yeast. Thin bodied with lively carbonation. A light and enjoyable fruit beer.

Bottle. Light gold with a thin white head. Jammy raspberry aroma, a little syrupy. The flavor has a nice raspberry fruity sweetness on an almost wheaty base. Pretty good.

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a fizzy bright white head. nose is light raspberry puree with a background of light toasty malts. Palate is medium with a fizzy note and sting. Flavors are mostly toasty malts up front with a raspberry back drop that adds some sweetness.

Bottle. Pours out a moderately cloudy golden color with a big white head. Aroma of fresh raspberry, and a little sweet malt. Taste is raspberry with some grainy notes, don’t have much more to say. Wouldn’t be bad for a hot summer day, not sure why I chose to drink it buried under a foot of snow....

Bottle. Pours a hazy golden color with a decent white head and good lacing. Aroma is raspberries, light malt. Flavor is tart raspberries, light malts. Palate is on the lighter side, good carbonation, finished sweet. A decent fruit beer.

12 oz. bottle. Pours clear light orange amber with a thin white head. The aroma has a sweet raspberry fruitiness, but in a medicinal sort of way. The flavor is more sweet fruity raspberry with a slight tartness. This does not convince me there were fresh raspberries. I really wasn’t expecting much from this one so I can’t say I was disappointed.

Basically raspberry flavored seltzer. Wouldn’t know there was anything close to beer in this bottle. Tasty if you don’t think of it as trying to be a beer but more like schweppes.

Huge (too large), white head. Rocky receding. Leaves generous lace. Neutral gold color with a slight chill haze. Sweet, like children’s aspirin. I smell more strawberry than raspberry. More like candy than the fruit itself. Relatively dry compared to other fruit beers. The "fruit" taste seems fake to me. The body is fuller than I expected. Little aftertaste. A light beer. Overall, the beer is drinkable...barely.
