Dayton draft. Cloudy amber color with small white head. Aroma was clearly raspberry that was medium in tone. Flavor was medium raspberry that was a good balanceof sweet and hops. Not my style, but refreshing.

12 ounce bottle from Beer Run in Charlottesville, VA. Pours a hazy orange color with a large head. Good head retention and lacing. Huge tart raspberry aroma. Taste is tart raspberry up front with a rather thin finish... some slight wheat. Medium bodied.

UPDATED: SEP 3, 2008 Rerate 09/03/08: Bottled version - sample at the Day Before Labor Day party. This beer pours a pinkish-gold color with a thin white head that diminishes quickly. Spotty lacing. Raspberries and malt in the nose. Light-bodied and fruity with lightly tart raspberry flavor along with some sweet malt in the background. The finish is fruity and short, with just a bit of raspberry left on the tongue. Average overall. 05/21/02 (2.9): Raspberry is much more pronounced in the aroma than in the flavor. Golden colored.

12oz bottle. Cool looking label with the red spotted dalmation. Opened to a louder pop - I almost expected it to gusy. Proceeded to pour almost all head. Settled into a medium and slightly hazy yellow color. Aromas of mainly raspberries, raspberry syrup, and just all around sweet berries. A little bit on the artificial side. Tastes of wheat with raspberries. The raspberries in the tastes a lot weaker than the aromas. Blah.

Bottle... Vero Beach/O-Town Throwdown Part 8 Preliminary... Clear golden ale with a small, fizzy, white head. Fruity and not-all-that-artificial smelling raspberry essence. Light to medium-bodied with a course, dry mouthfeel and Champagne-like mouthfeel. The flavor starts off fruity and sweet, then quickly turns astringent and dry. Not bad. Not all that good, but not bad. Thanks to growler for sharing this bottle!

Bottle @ home, Cloudy yellow-brown appearance with a light orangish cream colored head. Potent ripe, tart, fruity raspberry, carbonated aroma. The raspberry flavor is milder than you would be led to believe with the rich, fruity nose. Mild raspberry, lightly tart flavor. Pretty easy drinking but Im a little disappointed after eager anticipation following the aroma.

Pours hazy gold with white head. Nose is fresh raspberries, earthy, hop, and malt notes. Tastes of citrus, hops, earthy malt, and strong freshly picked raspberries. Fizzy palate that waters out late.
