When I asked the bartenders which keg would kick first at the Brick Store Pub’s 16th Anniversary Party, this was the unanimous choice. By all appearances it was flowing with great regularity. Poured a brownish red with minimal white head. The scent is sour cherries, unsurprisingly. The flavor is bitter and astringent with hints of cherry and cranberry. Very bubbly. On cask at Rustico in Alexandria. Pours a hazy brown color. Cannot see through this at allm. Single finger head with a pretty good amount of lacing. The nose is a bit plain with some light caramel and dark fruit with a moderate cherry presence. Metallic afterward. The taste is very light fruit plus a good dose of metal in the finish. Lift body with moderate carbonation. There is some definite cherry there as well. Tiuh of sourness. Drinks okay but is not all that interesting.

This draft brew from mini-keg in the VIP Tasting tent at the Bock N Rock beer festival in Minster OH poured a small sized head of foamy finely sized tan colored bubbles that were long lasting and left behind a uncarbonated hazy brown colored body and a thick foamy lacing. The nice aroma was raspberry. The mouth feel was smooth at the start and mediumly tingly at the finish with a lingering fruity aftertaste. The smooth flavor contained notes of sour raspberry and malt. A decent one that I would consider drinking again.
