Light on aroma, light on carbonation (not a bad thing) light on flavour. I might have gotten a bad bottle, unfortuantely, in the hefeweizen category, this did not do it for me. burg326 (5607) - Florida, USA - AUG 26, 2011
12 ounce bottle that poured a cloudy dark orange/yellow color. Aroma of a hint of orange and yeast. Had a slight sour orannge flavor, and some sweet bananas, with a dash of clove, an ok hefe... DiarmaidBHK (5913) - Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, USA - AUG 12, 2011
Just an awful example of the style. Pours brownish from bottle with a small white head. Doesnt smell like much. Has a slight estery vibe on the tongue but is otherwise flat. Finishes a bit flat. Meh!!! obguthr (6659) - Staunton, Virginia, USA - JUL 31, 2011
Toffee nose, odd for a wheat let alone an hefeweizen. Old gold color, no head, fine floaties. Tart lemon and toffee flavor. Very subtle banana notes are present. Drinks like an old bitter. Not a good hefeweizen, but an enjoyable beer. DrSilverworm (9672) - Cincinnati, Ohio, USA - JUL 25, 2011
12oz bottle. Very cloudy dark yellow color, visible sediment, minimal head. Dots of lacing. Sharp carbonation. Light body. Nice, thin texture. Great lightly sweet aftertaste, perfect amount of spice. Vanilla notes. Really good, refreshing.

Color of fresh apple cider mixed with orange juice. It’s murky, making it hard to see the average carbonation with lots of yeast sediment floating on the bottom. Aroma is of Bavarian Yeast and a hint of citrus. It is smooth on the tongue, with orange and yeast. The first sip was slightly sweet. But as it warms the sweetness isn’t as noticeable. It’s medium bodied in the mouth and it reminds me of a German Hefe. Very smooth to drink. Glad I picked it up at Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. Drank with AirForceHops-Of Course. 12 oz bottle, purchased @ Nikki’s Liquors in Providence, RI. REAL Hazy yellow nearly orange. Normal carbonation, with yeast floating around. Pleasant nose of Bavarian yeast and a bit of orange. A pretty good take on a German Hefeweizen. More citrus then clove, but still the body and yeast is right on the money. fF you like this style you should like this brew. Well made and has drinkability. shrubber85 (11618) - Greenville, Indiana, USA - JUL 8, 2011
UPDATED: MAY 8, 2015 Bottle. Banana, orange, lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Cloudy golden yellow with huge off-white head. Sweet banana, orange, strong clove, wheat malt and straw aroma. Bitter clove finish. Pretty good. zach8270 (4021) - Henrietta, New York, USA - JUN 18, 2011
(draft @ Melt Bar and Grilled - Cleveland Heights, OH) Hazy orange pour with almost no head and very mild carbonation. Very light aroma. Really had to search for any sort of clove or yeast in the nose. Flavor is a subtle and mild yeast, spice and wheat taste at the start but it disappears quickly and leaves really no aftertaste.. roder60 (1289) - Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA - MAY 31, 2011
Pours a hazy dark yellow white with foamy white head. Aroma is damp dough and some spice - fairly uninspiring. Flavor is very typical banana dough with tad coriander and a few floral notes. For a beer that claims to be a "truly unique beer" this one definitely is not.
