Really fresh malt aroma. Like smelling actual malted grain. Pours a rich copper color with a finger thick nearly white head into a pint glass from bottle. Taste is hop forward. Earthy like. There is some sweetness but its pretty light. Lighter than the color made me expect. Leaves a bit of an after taste. Sharp carb, light body.

Clear dark Amber with a thin rocky beige head. Good nutty biscuity nose with caramel and amber Crystal malts. Smooth amber malts and a little earthy caramel biscuity flavor. Wonderful balance and Crystal malts throughout. Just a solid amber, albeit a little by-the-numbers.
