COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
The wort is made on the basis of a number of malts, that gives the beer the red-brown color. The spicyness is made both with bitter hops and aroma hops, which has given the beer a powerful hop bitterness, that is wll balanced with a distinct aroma from the cascade hop. The used lager yeast has in combination with the special brewing method resulted in a beer with a high amount of residual sugar (5%), which gives a high level of sweetness which balances the hops.

DBF 2005. Hazy bronze, low off white head and gentle condition. Low sweet grain and a suggestion of wortiness in both the nose and the mouth. More sweetness in the finish, although I suspect the beer wasn’t quite finished when I tasted it.

An amber beer with a nice off-white head. The aroma is sweet and slightly hoppy, while the flavor is sweet and roasted, which gives it a dry end.
