Maria (10212) - Thisted, DENMARK - APR 2, 2007
May 06: The color is an incredible red amber, beautiful! It’s like pouring liquid red amber and the head is creamy and golden. The aroma is malty in a nice warm way and the aroma hops are balanced. The flavour is very smooth harmonic and nicely balanced with hint of caramel and fruit. I think the red version is almost there now!

Ungstrup (37216) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - FEB 25, 2007
Bottled. A deep red beer with a huge amber head. The aroma is quite light, what is there is mainly of berries, but also with light fruity and caramel notes. The flavor is sweet with strong notes of berries, wood, herbs, alcohol, and caramel, leading to a very dry end where the herbal and woody notes lingers. The alcohol is both tasted, but even more felt on the tongue.

tenghave (404) - Taastrup, DENMARK - NOV 9, 2006
Rød-brun klar øl. Duften er karamel/malt, chokolade og en god humle. Smagen er sødlig og meget humlet og karamel/malt, og en bitter/tør og let brændt eftersmag. Meget dejlig smag og speciel duft.
