COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Danish: Økologisk, overgæret julebrygforsøg. Øllet er som økologisk JuleRen – med narrestreger – i form af overgæren og længere lagringstid. Og så er der lige nogle andre af brygmesterens hemmeligheder indbygget.

[Sampled with the duo Svoger & Svogergylp at DØE, Valby, 2009.] Another fantastic beer with good creamy lasting head. Fresh notes of citrus and "bodyhops" of a great amount followed with a long durated finish. WOW

Bottle, bought @ Havnens Vin & Tobak, Vejle.
Pours clear golden with a fine, staying, creamy, white head. Aroma is sweet and malty. PIlsner malts, light pepper, some yeast, peach, caramel. Medium carbonation, fine dry mouthfeel. Flavour is quite wheaty. Coriander, pepper and crisp sweet malts. Reminds me of a fine clean Saison or a spicy Blonde - not an English Style.

(on bottle) I enjoyed this very cheap and nice brew very much with my herring angryebread, it was well made and had a nice peachy, nutty feel to the finish. Gotta be the cheapest strong belgian in DK and not the worst either, some micros could learn something about humbleness here.

Borup (15157) - Albertslund, DENMARK - FEB 3, 2010

Bottled. A golden beer with a thin bubbly off-white head. The aroma has notes of bread, malt, metal, fruit, and some yeast. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, bread, yeast, fruits, and some metal, leading to a dry alcoholic finish. The alcohol warms in the mouth.
