Botella. deep golden colour. Goshy! Big white bubbly head, rather short lasting. Sweet pleasant fruity malty herbal bucktorn aroma. Flavour is sweet and fruity malty with bucktorn and some light (pleasant) sourness. Good brew indeed. LasseVPedersen (412) - Aarhus C, DENMARK - MAR 31, 2017
Ok, where to begin? Bottle, 50cl. Colorful and different label. Spices, herb, vegatable category. Branded as something special new nordic. Aroma and flavour is quite straightforward. Some bitter sharp buckthorn, bog myrtle along sweetish berriers, apples and malt. Light sourness and short, bitter finish from the buckthorn. Oily, medium carbonated. Needs hobs for my taste. Kinda like the branding and idea - the execution of it, not so much. DraftDodger (1452) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - FEB 27, 2017
Copenhagen 27/2 2017. 50 cl bottle from FÝtex. Very colorful collection of inedible stuff found in Thy National Park which has found itís way into this New Nordic mixture without any hops. I do feel nervous when I see that the beer I am about to drink has been categorized as a "Vegetable" on this beer site. Pours clear amber with quite a big white head. Settles as 0,5 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is very herbal with buckthorn and quite distinct bog myrtle. The buckthorn actually gives it some sharp bitterness. Light carbonation and watery palate. Flavor is medium sweet followed by light acidic sourness. Not very intense - and without much aftertaste. I like the idea of trying to compose a beer of what is available in a given biotope - but I am a little disappointed as this is quite thin. Meilby (11366) - Kristiansand, NORWAY - FEB 25, 2017

A danish, amber, "New Nordic" beer with white head and with buckthorn, rosehip, bog myrtle and without hops. Aroma is malt, spices, berries, a dry undefinable after-aroma, fresh. Taste is sweet.

golden, clear, minimal head, floral, dough, medium body, sticky, average carbonation, bitter, medium sweetness, medium bitterness, medium sourness, larsga (7508) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 18, 2016
Big offwhite head. Clear deep yellow body with strong small-bubbled carbonation. Fruity ripe apple aroma with notes of unrecognizable herbs. Sweetish fruity ripe apple taste with rosehip notes. Mid-bodied. Mild, soft mouthfeel. Sweet fruity apple aftertaste with spicy cinnamon notes. Very nice, unusual, and interesting. Harmonic. With more work this could become really interesting. Pale yellow with no head. Aroma and flavour are full of herbal, fruity notes. Strange sweet and sour fruits. A bit too herbal. Alengrin (5249) - BELGIUM - MAY 19, 2016
Another íNordicí gruit beer, unhopped and spiced with gale, rosehip and buckthorn. Very thin and loose, off-white head, golden blonde colour. Aroma unfortunately suffering from DMS (cooked cabbage), next to dried tree leaves, sweet soapy gale, honey, apple peel, indeed some rosehip, but I donít get buckthorn - probably because I am not very familiar with its aroma (and not at all in beer). Soft fruity, lightly estery onset, hints of apple and peach, soft carbo (undercarbonated in fact), bready malt body, slight tartness in the end probably due to the rosehip, retronasal gale aromas, no hop bitterness. I am all for experimenting but hopless spice beers will never be my cup of tea, Iím afraid.
