Draught at Ølfestival 2017. Pitch black coloured with a medium sized beige head. Sweet and roasted aroma of caramel, licorice and oak. Roasted flavour of caramel and licorice with notes of oak and whisky. Roasted finish.

Tap@Ølfestival 2017. Pours deep opaque black with no real head. Aroma has sweet malts, chocolate, light tar. Medium carbonation, fine dry and quite creamy mouthfeel. Flavour has sweet malts, roasted, chocolate, a touch of smoke. Light warming viniousness. Some licorice. Fairly well balanced.

On tap at Copenhagen Beer and Whisky Festival. Black with a small off-white head. Aroma of chocolate, licorice and caramel, dried fruit and coconut. Sweet fruity and malty flavour with light roasted notes, caramel, chocolate, dessert wine and dried fruit. Lots of chocolate, lots of sherry notes.
