Brygget er tilsat kandis i lagertanken for at fremme en yderligere gæring.
Brygget af bygmalt, hvedemalt, kandis og humle.

JanLaursen (3227) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAY 20, 2012
Light amber with a handsome off white stable 1/2 finger head. Aroma is sweet flowery, with a decent dose of citrusy hops and caramel malts. Flavor is much the same, with a boozy, medium bitter finish. Full body, oily light syrupy texture, that un-freshes the beer and makes it a little unbalanced.

fiulijn (21022) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - APR 17, 2012
Amber color. Some aroma of grains, cereals, alcohol. The flavor (with some caramel) is dominated by vegetables and cabbage; close to undinkability.

faroeviking (11119) - Chupando chellas es como ellas, FAROE ISLANDS - APR 12, 2012
Botella. Amber colour, hazy like, medium white head, ok lasting. Sweet aroma. fruity and malty, fresh. Good mouthfeel. Flavopur is sweet, more than average, it’s fruity and malty with caramel and has a good medium bitterness. A bit too sweet for my liking but nice brew.

KoNrRiI (1611) - Århus, DENMARK - MAR 21, 2012
0.5 bottle. Nice aroma, mostly citrus and herbs as well as nettle and sugar coated sweets. Clear, dark amber color with a ruby tinge, and a nice off-white head. Taste is rather average, definitely too bitter as for a Påskebryg, one can clearly tell that there are other flavors present but just subdued but the bitterness, not very refreshing. Palate is rather all right, medium body and a slightly creamy texture, carbonation is somewhere between average and soft with indication to the first one. Finish is definitely disappointing, way too bitter and astringent. Overall the beer is not a bad one but it’s spoiled by a very distinct harshness and spicy sensation it gives.

Countbeer (6591) - Best of E-Town mit 2 Brauhausen, NETHERLANDS - MAR 17, 2012
Bottle: Medium to bigger fluffy creamy off white head, disappears slow and leaves a half open lacing on top of a clear lighter ruby colored beer. Smell hops and malts with some citrus, nettle and red fruit and hints of barleys, caramel, herbs and alcohol. Taste is good hop bitter with hints of citrus, herbs, nettle, sharper grains, toasted malts, grape fruit, light hint of alcohol (less than the smell), light light sticky and a hint o spicy warmth. Aftertaste is hoppy and herby light toasted malts, sharper hop herby grains and some bitter fruits. Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium body and creamy texture. Good hop bitter, nice but maybe a bit harsh/sharp in the bitterness but absolutely not bad.

trapez (1563) - Hilleroed, DENMARK - MAR 15, 2012
Bottle. Aroma of fruits and hops. Ambercolour with beige head. Malt and brown sugar in flavour twisted with some nice bitter hops. Easter is pain, sorrow and sweetness as very well expressed in this brew.

brnandersen (4072) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 9, 2012
50 cl. bottle, shared. Clear amber colour with an off-white head. Light sweet aroma with fruity hops, citrus, caramel malts and brown sugar. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with an oily feel. Lively carbonated with a long, light bitter finish with a slight burn from the alcohol. Nice beer.

bax (1311) - Hasselager, Aarhus, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2012
(Bottle 08/03-2012) Low beige head, clear amber color, medium high co2, malty caramel taste slight sweet. BB date

Pinball (12261) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 8, 2012
bottle from bilka one stop, fields. Design as the label pictured on ratebeer, but a square label. 0.5L bottle. alc % is now stated as 8.0. clear amber, smooth beige head. aroma is caramelly, slightly hoppy bitter, slighly herbal or metallic, faint flowers, but basically caramelly and herbal-bitterhoppy. flavor is bitter caramelly, quite distinct herbal and metallic note, more metal towards the end, sugary sweetness. I must admit i don’t really think this is a great beer. quite a bittersweet brew.

Plovmand (8597) - Grindsted, DENMARK - FEB 24, 2012
Bottle. Pours hazy amber with a medium off white head. The aroma is heavy malty and bit sugary with notes of fruity hops. The flavour is hops, fruit and sweet malt and caramel. Bitter sweet finish.
