9 degrees. Pours hazy yellow with a decent slightly off white head consiting of very small, vivacious bubbles with good retention and some lacing. Wonderfully complex aroma of yeast, spices, fruit and bread. In the complex taste, the notes from the aroma continue, but now with bready maltiness, a little cloves and hoppy bitterness also joins in. Mouthfeel as with a good Belgian Saison: Medium body and rather high carbonation with tiny bubbles filling your mouth. Aftertaste long, filling and lingering. A great saison to be enjoyed slowly and astounding value for money.
Bottle. Creamy off-white good mostly lasting head. Amber colour. Heavy malty and light hoppy aroma. Strong molasse and caramellic notes. Heavy bitter and moderate sweet flavor. Long great finish. Fantastic complex balanced beer between malty sweetness and hopps. Creamy palate. A gem! Ungstrup (37284) - Citizen of the universe, DENMARK - JUN 16, 2011

Deep yellow-golden with a small, creamy, white head. Aroma is malty, sweet, green apples, good peachy hops. Medium to low carbonation, fat and rather lóily mouthfeel. Flavour is fairly malty, fat and sweet with a slight sugary edge to it. Fine bitterness and light vinious. Pineapple and peach with a fairly lingering vinious and bitter finish. Nice beer.
Positivt overrasket. Ratman197 (14674) - Arvada, Colorado, USA - JUL 28, 2011

Medium to bigger fluffy creamy off white head, disappears slow and leaves a half open lacing on top of a clear lighter ruby colored beer.
Smell hops and malts with some citrus, nettle and red fruit and hints of barleys, caramel, herbs and alcohol.
Taste is good hop bitter with hints of citrus, herbs, nettle, sharper grains, toasted malts, grape fruit, light hint of alcohol (less than the smell), light light sticky and a hint o spicy warmth.
Aftertaste is hoppy and herby light toasted malts, sharper hop herby grains and some bitter fruits.
Low carbo, soft mouthfeel, good medium body and creamy texture.
Good hop bitter, nice but maybe a bit harsh/sharp in the bitterness but absolutely not bad.
