Bottle. Clear golden with a fast fading white head. Fresh carbonation. I have never tasted bog myrtle, but aroma and taste has some grain and hay with a spicy bitter taste to it. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

DraftDodger (1164) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JUN 25, 2016
Copenhagen 25/6 2016. 50 cl bottle from Rema1000. Very golden label to indicate that this beer has an ABV in excess of 5 pct. and a drawing of some herbs. Pours clear yellow with white head. Settles as 1 cm thick layer of foam. Aroma is sweet with malts and herbal notes. You can actually smell the myrtle. Light carbonation and watery palate. Taste is sweet with a very distinct herbal tang. Only light bitterness. Sweet aftertaste with myrtle and a little bit metallic. Nice one if you are into drinking your kitchen garden. By the way why is Danish beer with an ABV > 5 always "export beer". Arent the Danes capable of drinking semi-strong beer - they have to send it out of the country.

PapaVillum (874) - Valby, DENMARK - APR 18, 2016
0.5 L, flaske, 5.8 % ABV, BB: 03/09/17, købt i Netto i Valby. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone
