It’s beautiful warm yellow golden with a nice, whit head. The aroma is fruity with notes of yeast and wheat. The flavor is sweet and full-bodied with notes of yeast, fruits, flower and wheat. The finish is spicy and refreshing. I like it! NosirIwont (2591) - Husum, DENMARK - JUN 27, 2015
Bottle. 6.2%. Best before 06.01.16. Pours a hazy yellow/light amber with an off-white head. Decent lacing. Yeast aroma, with a hint of perfume. Fruity note as it warms. Flavour is sweet, with yeast and fruit, and a light spicy note as it warms. Further warming brings out a metallic hint. Bit of hops a swell. Mildly bitter finish, a bit grainy and with a lingering alcohol note. Overall okay, but feels a bit unbalanced. 28.06.15. oh6gdx (26485) - Vasa, FINLAND - MAY 4, 2015

Golden with a lasting white head. Malty aroma with a hint of banana. Sweet fruity and malty flavour, with a lot of banana. Pinball (12329) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - MAR 10, 2015
as påske ale, dated 2015, still 6.2%.
cloudy yellow, large soapy white head. aroma of delicate saison yeast, coriander and banana, malty sweetness and fruits. aroma makes me think i wonder what would happen if you blended half weizenbock and half saison. Flavor is yeasty, bitter , spicy, yellow fruity, better than aroma, malts are more in the background. still something that makes me think this is not a real saison, but it tastes quite good.
