Bottel.33cl. On Memory, from last sommer, good head with a nice deep color, burnt aroma and taste, the bitterness was good. anders37 (26625) - Malmö, SWEDEN - APR 2, 2007
Bottle. Pours a hazy amber color with a fast disappearing off-white head. Smooth malty hoppy aroma. Sweet malty hoppy flavor with some fruity hints. Sweet malty finish with some hoppy hints and it has some bitterness in the aftertaste. chriso (7533) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - DEC 7, 2006
On draught at The Wharf, Aalborg, August 2005. 5.7% according to the info on the pump. Cloudy copper colour. The aroma seemed rather like a wheat beer, with some estery notes evident. However, the flavour is rather different - bittersweet, with some spicy and herbal notes with maybe a touch of aniseed. Distinctly sweet on the finish. Intriguing stuff.

Bottle. Small white head. Dark brown clear body. Seeet berries flavor. Dry burned malt aroma. LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - APR 27, 2006
On tap at Høkeren, Copenhagen. I am thinking that Peter Clemmesen has improved this gradually. The stone ale I tried was just great with a very fruity aroma, a pleasant sweetness, and a dry hoppy finish. Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 30, 2005
Draft at Fynske Øldage 2005. Amber colour with a small off-white head. Caramel malty aroma and a caramel, metallic, green apple taste. Medium body with a sweet light dry finish. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 11, 2005
(On tap) Comes as "Thisted Forsøgsbryg 25A". Clear amber with a creamy, off-white head. Light roasted caramelish aroma with some typical Thisted notes, that I cannot really pinpoint. Sweetish caramel malt, a bit low in carbonation and a dry hoppy finish. Is it the hops that define the Thisted house character? 281005 FrankJohansen (3622) - Sabro, DENMARK - NOV 3, 2005
Tasted at Fynske Øldage 2005.
Amber colour with a small head. Hints of fruit and herbs in the taste. An alcoholic finish.
