Madsen1635 (967) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 31, 2017
Bottle. Labled as Thisted Cold Hawaii. Clear golden pour with white head. Aroma has metallic citrus and cat piss. Taste has pine and rasin. Medium heavy body. Medium carbonation. I miss the hops! EvNa (609) - Ede, NETHERLANDS - AUG 7, 2017
Bottle: Color: Light golden, white head. Taste: A combination of medium sweet and lightly acid sour, rather strange hints of herbs and bitterness (maybe coming from the birch leaves or spruce branches). Bit watery, below medium body, medium to below medium carbonation.
I do like the idea of innovation, brewing a beer with local ingredients and without hop. Part of me says that the taste is ok, but than on the other hand there’s something in this taste that I dislike. Although I can’t exactly tell what it is. Maybe I just do prefer that there’s hop in my beer... AVLarsen (207) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - AUG 6, 2017
Bottle. A different beer without hops. Fresh and bitter but the added herbs are not very distinct. tandembrauer (1670) - Stavanger, NORWAY - JUL 30, 2017
