0.33L bottle from Superbrugsen, Nykøbing Sj. Small big-bubbled off-white head. Shiny, light reddish brown body. Low aroma level. Faint toasted malts and a vague note of dusty hops. Light-bodied wuth a sourish-sweet malt profile. Low bitterness with noticable earthy and hayish hop flavor. Sourish, light astringent endnotes. Quite simple. quite boring too.

Fairly standard Danish lager, the Classic having a little more malty flavour and some caramel malt for color. OK, not in any way standing out.

fonefan (51072) - VestJylland, DENMARK - JAN 28, 2010
Bottle 330ml. @ home.
Clear light to medium amber color with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is light moderate malty, grain, toasted, roasted, light notes of smoke - meat. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average duration. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft, finish feel is light metalic. [20091017]

Adenila (1560) - DENMARK - JAN 27, 2010
Clear light brown with a small bubbling baige head. Aroma is pretty basic with some malty notes of hay and caramel. Flavor has a harsh bitterness to it, with a light caramel sweetness and a very metallic finish.

2.5
chriso (21656) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 26, 2010
Bottle @ pre-GBBF shindig, August 2009. Dark amber colour tending towards coppery. Some toffee and caramel malt but not a lot else. Not a lot else to say. Fairly dull stuff without being in any way offensive. Probably a rather old bottle but couldn’t see a BBE date.

2.3
MesandSim (7117) - London, Greater London, ENGLAND - JAN 23, 2010
A Mes rate: bottle at the ever brilliant Chris O’s Pre GBBF Extravaganza.
Dull amber with thin off white head. Grainy malt, faint caramel and fruit and a slightly roasty character. Rather rough at the edges and very boring.
