Bottle, at home. Some taste of malt and hops. The head disappears quickly. The ABV is not felt immediate! Yellow colour? This is not a Christmas beer according to Danish traditions. NosirIwont (2518) - Frederikssund, DENMARK - NOV 12, 2005
Draft @ 1000fryd, Aalborg, DK. Pours golden with a small, fast-disappearing white head. Fruity aroma. Some cereal notes. Flavour is fruity and a bit grainy. Notes of alcohol. Grassy and hoppy notes in the finish. 11-11-05. Storm (2684) - Amager, DENMARK - OCT 12, 2005
33 cl bottle. No yeast in bottom. Golden colour with a weak white head. Not much but some sweet spicy aroma. Quit nice taste very clean, fresh and malty. A lot better than the two others christmas beer from the same brewery. danielhanefelt (25) - brabrand, DENMARK - MAY 1, 2005
The first eco beer I almost liked. Old fashioned bottle fits nicely in the fist on a holiday evening. Full x-mas flavour with a hint of bitter caramel. Palate bitter and short-lasting (weak). Good x-mas beer. PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - MAR 14, 2005
Dark golden, white head. Mild aroma with some malty elements. Yeast. Perfumy? Good carbonation. Mild flavour with moderate malty sweetness and a hint of hops in the finish. Vey well balanced but with a very light body. Hides the ABV very well.

UPDATED: JAN 24, 2005 Golden, slightly cloudy, with a small head. Very nice malt aroma with a hint of hay, but the flavour becomes a little too sweet and malt-dominated, almost bread-like. Good for a bock I guess, but that isn’t my style. Emil (6065) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - JAN 4, 2005
Bottle. Golden color with a small white head. Malty aroma and a sweet spicy malty taste. Medium body and a bitter dry finish. stouby (4653) - Holbæk, DENMARK - DEC 28, 2004

(on bottle)For 7,9%, there´s little o the alcohol, small hit to the nose at first but nothing else. The mouthfeel is a tad too bitter/harsh for me. Tnes away in a small malty wush. But thumbs up for the eo-beers from Thisted, at least no corn in ´em. ALyseen (42) - DENMARK - DEC 3, 2004
Bottled. Golden little head. Both aroma and flavor is hops with a gentle bit of alcohol.
