Golden color little white head. Aroma is gentle hops. Taste is mice powerful hops. Nice....

Is this really a bock?! Fizzy white head, clear golden body. Metallic and malty aroma with a bit of bitternes. Mostly sweet and quite full flavor. Malt, hops, some light spices and lemon notes. Rather bitter dry finish. All right and better than most of the Danish macro christmas beers!

ThomasE (5174) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - NOV 19, 2004
Golden colour with average head. Aroma is initially malty, but there is also some bitterness. Flavor starts malty and finishess with a bitter hoppyness.

Slick (1969) - Thief River Falls, Minnesota, USA - FEB 14, 2004
Good straw color, small white head that lasted for a decent time and managed to leave a light lace behind. The aroma was malty lemon grass and maybe a faint spice with the taste being sweet and malty with a nice mellow fruit presence of lemon and maybe a mild spice. The alcohol seems to be fairly well hidden, with just the faintest of hints.Hops are there in a mild way.Fairly decent brew in an American way i guess. Thanks go to Love_caissa for sending this brew my way.

dirkbreedveld (289) - NETHERLANDS - DEC 24, 2003
lovely lager looking beer, with honey aroma's, and a long full bodied aroma, exellent for a start of a christmas table

LoveCaissa (873) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 21, 2003
Golden colour. Sweet malty aroma and flavour where the alcohol is also evident. Lively carbonation that "fills the mouth". Not as bitter as I expected but it comes late in the finish. Organic and decent but nothing special.

andershn (90) - Copenhagen, DENMARK - DEC 20, 2003
UPDATED: DEC 21, 2003 Rerate (this time drunk at a higher temperature): 33 cL glass bottle. Dark orange beer with an aroma containing lots of malt. Sweet and bitter but not enough depth and nuance to give it a very good rating.

karsten (240) - odense, DENMARK - JAN 13, 2003
Slightly sweet, fruity and bitter. A bit too much alcohol. Xtra credit, it being organic.

fiulijn (21214) - Vancouver, British Columbia, CANADA - JAN 11, 2003
Golden color. Smells? maybe; also some elderflower aroma. The first impression is a too watery brew, for such strength; then the structure improves, and ends in a much better and strong final. Doubtful, on the edge between...
