The aroma consists of roasted malt, sweet licorice, dark chocolate and coffee. The taste is fairly smooth but in it there is also a good bitterness. The flavors of coffee and roasted malt is nice and the alcohol contribute in a good way with a warm feeling. I would have preferred a slightly fuller body but this is clearly a good porter!

0.5l bottle @ RBNAG11. Pours a black body with a quickly fading sidesticking lightly tanned head. Aroma is light roasted, mildly sweet, hints of licorice and perhaps a tone of wood and cardboard. Lively carbonation and a kinda thin oily mouthfeel. Lightly roasted flavors, lots of licorice, some fruity dark-berries tones and a dry light sourish finish.
