Black pour with an off white head. Aroma has coffee, chocolate, sweet berries, hints of liquorice. Taste is rathger bitter with a hard roasted bitterness, coffee, notes of chocolate and liquorice, maybe iron/ rusty feel in the back? Unbalanced after taste, only leacing the hard roasted malts. 500 ml bottle, bought in Denmark. Top fermented, ABV is 7.5%. Black colour, big and lasting brown head. Nice aroma of roasted malts, chocolate and mild coffee. Roasty flavour, notes of burnt toast and strong coffee, hints of dark bitter chocolate and liquorice, but the beer is not very sweet. Fairly bitter finish and aftertaste. This beer is black as the darkest night, with a milk chocolate coloured head of impressing density and a good timespan. Unfortunately no lacings.
Medium powerful aroma of coffee, liquorice and chocolate, of which the coffee might be most obvious. Flavor is still marked by coffee and liquorice, but besides from that there appears to be a caramellish malt taste towards the finish, which is marked by alcohol and a solid bitter finish. Palate is creamy and the beer is rather thick.
Dark. Tanned head. Small bubbles.
Aroma is somewhat complex. Malty, coffee.
Taste surprisingly non complex. Some bitterness, dry, but simple.
Medium body, a little alcohol.
Ok beer, not more.
Purchased in SuperBrugsen, Halmtorvet.

some odd flavor, not the best Porter I have had! Moolesen (558) - NETHERLANDS - OCT 16, 2009
When pouring this "tar" into the glass, my expectations were quite high. NIce beige head, lasting not too long , though. Nose contains tar, dark coffee and some malt. The taste is very soft, open, and have a hint of roasted malt, which I personally appreciate. This beer stays for minutes in your mouth. What a great beer this is. madsberg (11770) - Søborg, DENMARK - OCT 11, 2009
Bottled. Pitch black coloured. Fluffy light brown head. Aroma is grassy, roasty, lightly furity and sweet. A bit subdued and bland. Flavour is roasted, syrupy, caramelly and has some fruity notes. Medium bodied. Dry. Roasty sweet end. Enjoyit (3809) - Vadum, DENMARK - OCT 8, 2009
Black of color with a beige head. An aroma of roasted malt, ashtray, chocolate, toilet and barn. A flavor of weak sweets, roasted malt, light in taste and carbonated. PetetheMeat (621) - Hove, DENMARK - SEP 23, 2009
Black. Beige lasting head. Malty roasted aroma. Licorice flavour, roasted malts with underlying malty sweetness. Salty? Nice.
