Bottle. Thanks Tomas & Magnus Almost black colour. Fruity, plummy aroma along with darker sensations. Light toasty in flavour with bit of licorice. Soft mouthfeel with a slight alcohol bite. Medium bitterness.

Bottle from trade with Maria. It’s looking just lovely in the glass, with a dense tan head sitting on an opaque black body. Some licorice blend in with mocha coffee and some dried fruits in the aroma. Chocolate, some notes of salty licorice, coffee and dried fruits in the flavor. Full-bodied, slightly warming and dry mouthfeel. Dry, coffee and chocolate finish with some hoppy bitterness. Really delicious. (090327)

When pouring this "tar" into the glass, my expectations were quite high. NIce beige head, lasting not too long , though. Nose contains tar, dark coffee and some malt. The taste is very soft, open, and have a hint of roasted malt, which I personally appreciate. This beer stays for minutes in your mouth. What a great beer this is.
