COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION

A foggy pale weissbier with white head. Aroma is fresh, fruity, banana, bread, yeasty, malty. Taste is sweet and light bitter.

Bottled. Hazy orangeish golden colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is wheat, some spices, mild yeast as well as some caramel. Flavour is very similar. A bit thin as for the palate, and quite strong on the citrus side of things.

KoNrRiI (1606) - Århus, DENMARK - DEC 6, 2014
0.33 bottle. Cloudy, dark yellow color and a small, white head. Aroma of bananas, coriander, spices, and various fruits. Taste is very fruity, mostly sweet bananas, sweet and sour apples, some cinnamon, and delicate spices. Medium body, slick texture, and average carbonation. Finish is also very fruity although here the mix is much harder to distinguish. Overall a nice brew though my relatively high mark can be a result of my bias towards Weizens.

larsga (7627) - Oslo, NORWAY - NOV 26, 2014
Big coarseish offwhite lasting head. Hazy yellow body with strong carbonation. Light mealy, fruity aroma with peppery notes. Dry mealy taste. Mid-bodied. Mild, mealy mouthfeel. Dry mealy fruity aftertaste with hints of yoghurt and acidity. Very little flavour. At first I thought there was almost none, but more of it came out as I went down the glass. Unimpressive. (0.5l bottle, from Føtex, Frederikshavn.)

Rating#985, flaske til svigerfars fødselsdag. Ret vinøs øl med malt, hvidvin og medium bitterhed. Let sød, ret tør og medium tykkelse. Ikke overvældende på nogen måde.

tfredvik (2027) - Oslo, NORWAY - JUL 24, 2014
Cloudy orange body with a white average sized, short-lived head. Quite strong fruity aroma of yeast, banana and dust. Rather strong flavour of somewhat unclean hefeweissen yeast, banana, spices and fusel-like, stinging alcoholic perfume and band-aid in the back. Light sweet and light acidic taste with a very light bitter finish. Light and dry mouthfeel with a moderate carbonation. Possible to drink, but quite unclean.
[50 cl bottle, enjoyed 4 months before BB date, from Spar Lønstrup, Jylland, Denmark]

Bottle @ my parents place shared by my dad. Clear light orange color, medium sized white head that diminishes fairly quickly. Smell wheat, slightly a herbal fruity touch. Taste wheat, slightly herbal, slightly a fruity touch. Average to medium body and carbonation. Decent.

2.9
SlackerMads (3468) - DENMARK - JAN 11, 2014
Bottle. Clear yellow, medium white head. Plenty banana and fruity esters. Hay, grain, citrus, light phenolic. Light body, light/medium sweet and light bitter and acidic, a bit fizzy carbonation, watery texture.
