Far too sweet and fizzy more of an alcopop than a cider, one half pint may be ok, but any more and it becomes sickly. Poorest cider tasted in a long time and thats since the launch of cidre.

Bottle - pours a clear light pale yellow colour with a tiny white head that quickly dissipated. Green apple and sulphur aroma and a sweet apple juice flavour with a light apple tartness.

Aroma is apples/apple juice and fruit. The flavor is apples/apple juice, fruit and a tart/mostly sweet finish.

Sidro discreto con bassissima carbonazione ed elevata dolcezza, mela zuccherina, sembra quasi uno spumante dolce sfiato.

Bottle shared with Teresa. As ’Thistly Cross Traditional’. Pale yellow, clear and still, diminishing white head. Aroma is sugary, red apple, honey. Body is smooth with low carbonation. Taste has more honey, apple, syrupy sugars. A particularly sweet cider. Not really my thing.

No head whatsoever . Like pouring apple juice. Smells like apple juice. Some sweetness on nose. Light golden. Ooh the tartness follows the sweetness and dries . Light and fresh. Nice but shame it’s so pricey in scotland for such small bottles. Ok

Bottle. clear light greenish gold. A little sulphuric and apple tart in the nose. Sweetish, a little sugary, but slightly tart too. Medium body, soft fizz, sweetish finish but tolerable.

Bottle sample. Very clear and light yellowish with no head. Aroma of green apple, notes of sulfur, a bit earthy with notes of leaves and hint of wood. Very sweet flavor of apple, sugary and a bit earthy. Flat, light-bodied.
