Bottle thanks to allmyvinyl. Appearance - golden with steady bubbles and a very thin head. Nose - sweet synthetic apples. Taste - more of the same. Too sweet to be wholesome. Palate - light bodied with a light creamy texture and a tangy finish which could be cleaner. Overall - generally synthetic.

Bottle. Pale gold with minimal carbonation. Aromas are juice of and pulpy stewed apple with hints of honey. Lightly woody with floral aspects. Flavours are sweet apple juice with apricot jam and honeyed, spicy notes. Pulpy fruit with a viscous palate and boozy but not overpowering alcohol. A bit too sweet but OK.

Got that one in the scottish shop in Cologne. Fine and strong cider with a nice mixture of sour and sweet. Red apples, some herbs, crispy mouthfeel and a balanced finish. Good one.
