DocLock (10836) - Lower Pottsgrove, Pennsylvania, USA - FEB 15, 2013
Bottle from Capone’s. Pours pale gold with minimal white head. Nose is earthy apple, cinnamon, honey. Tastes pretty sweet at first, with late tartness, a nice apple flavor, and some cinnamon and honey flavors. Good complexity for a cider.

330ml bottle (Kaubbamaja, Tallinn) (5:2:5:2:9=2.3)
Sweet aroma, apple juice and starchy wheat flour. Pale, fizzy. Fizzy palate, very sweet tackiness in the mouth. Honey everywhere in the taste. No crispness, no tartness, no wood, no funk, no sophistication, no reason to drink this.

2.4
Marduk (8093) - Reval, ESTONIA - JUL 26, 2017
330ml bottle. Pale yellow color. Small size, brief white head, stays. Sweet, caramel, straw in aroma. Very sweet, caramel, apple seeds in taste. Sweet and apple seeds in aftertaste. Almost no carbonation. Average brew.

Scopey (15281) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 29, 2017
Keg at Lochter Fest. It pours clear yellow - green with a quickly dissipating white head. The aroma is soft, sweetish, earthy, wood, apple pie, pear, floral and tangy action. The taste is pretty sweet, mellow, apple juice, apple pie, marzipan, light florals, pear and a hint of tartness & tannins. Bitter - sweet finish. Medium body and fine, prickly carbonation. Overall it’s a bit too sweet and sugary. Fair.

From bottle. Pours canary yellow with practically no foam. Aroma is sweet, obviously apple (not green apple). Body is medium, with some stickiness. Taste is very sweet. Finish is fortunately short enough.

Bottle, 500ml. *** Colour: Clear, bright golden yellow. Small head. *** Nose: Ripe apples, a hint of herbs. *** Mouthfeel: Medium body, not watery at all. Soft carbonation. *** Taste: Sweet red apples, some vinegar, but overall really sweet and fruity at the start. Sweet and sour middle and finish, still very apple-y. Aftertaste of red apples, with a hint of vinegar. *** Impressions: The sweetest cider I’ve tried yet, but with enough vinegar balance to prevent it from being cloying. Extremely fruity, so I’d recommend this to cider lovers who put sweet apples front and center.

drpimento (3714) - La Crosse, Wisconsin, USA - SEP 3, 2016
Average appearance. Overripe apple aroma with hints of solvents. Flavor isn’t bad. Not too sweet, just solid workaday cider. Good body. Ok finish.

Box @ Leeds Station Wetherspoon, Leeds. Clear yellow coloured cider. Slightly dry, but always crisp, with an interesting spirit-like apple fruitiness.

danlo (3144) - Darlington, Durham, ENGLAND - JUL 18, 2016
BIAB at William Stead JDW Darlington. Yellow gold colour, bubbly white foam head and juicy apple aroma. Taste is fruity apple, mellow juicy, sugary sweet with some slight apple skin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dryish and residual sweet at the finish. Quite OK.

Box, The Highcross, Leicester. Straw gold and still. Sweet apple pulp with icing sugar. Lightly dry finish. Not too complicated but quite tasty.
