Draft. Hazy amber color, medium white head. Aroma of caramel with a toasty edge. Taste is similar.

Bottled. An amber beer with a yellowish head. The aroma has notes of malt, metal, hops, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and brewmash.

Pours clear amber with a finger of tan head. Aroma has some faint caramel malt character to it but the rest just seems to be some musty yeastiness. Flavor is not much of an improvement. I try to pick out at least one part of the palate that is enjoyable, but can’t really find any. This is a sub-par amber.

Pours murky brown with a short tan head... Scent is tangy caramel, bread, dark fruit. Taste is sweetly fruited, caramel.... A little nutty, and a bit of herbal/metallic notes. Not bad, just a sharply candied thing going on that I could do without.

Bottle, this ale had a clear red pour with some brown color at the sides of the glass, the pour made a one finger off-white head that receded to a cover and ring, it left spots and fingers of lacing on the sides of the glass, there was no sediment in the bottle, there were nice aromas of toasted malt, caramel, bread, bread and brown sugar like sweetness, a touch of dark fruit, the hops were very light, it had flavors of toasted malt, caramel with malt sweetness, there was some hop bitterness after the finish, the mouth feel was less than medium with a little creamy feel on the palate, average to lively carbonation, a nice drink.

Sadly nitrogen. Aroma dominated by nitrogen, with a hint of sweet malty character, hinting on an unpleasant sourness. Taste Is at first full and sweet, but impacts with a not so good coppery/bannana sweetness. Bitter palate rounds out this so-so and slightly unpleasant experience.

Very light, watery, mildly malty. Light hints of nutty flavor, a touch of toast, and a disappointing finish. Not absolutely terrible, but not one I would choose again.

The beer smells of nuts and caramel. The beer is chesnut brown with a small fading head. The beer tastes sweet with mild roast and nut flavors. Smooth, a bit thin, but nice..

Gift from SJ. This was a simple beer as I expected. A bi thin, but not horrible. Some notes of caramel malt, toast and hop.

Pours a pretty standard brown. Candi sugar flavors and pretty quick on the finish. A little bit of herbal hoppiness happening.
