12 oz bottle-thanks jtclockwork?-pours slightly hazed pale yellow with a thin retaining white head. Aroma is watermelon candy, some spice, wheat. Taste is watermelon candy, some spice hops, wheat/light malt. So, it is, thanks jtclockwork.

I’d like to give this a serious description but I can’t. It tastes like someone put a watermelon jolly rancher in a Negra Modelo. Take what you want from that.

Bottle. Pours golden yellow with white head. Nose of watermelon candy. Taste of watermelon, toasted grain and malt. Lighter body.

Aroma is like watermelon candy. Light, a bit malty, slightly sweet. A niche sort of thing, not too bad when it is over 90º outside, but not spectacular.

slightly cloudy golden yellow pour with a nice bright white head.. smells like watermelon and tastes like, well, not actual watermelon, but more like watermelon flavored jolly rancher! it?s got a pretty subtle bitterness on the back end, like the peel of a lemon or something. overall a nice refreshing summer drink.

Fruity aroma as to be expected. Thin, quick head on a cloudy pale yellow beer. Malt is overwhelmed by the fruit notes, hops come in at the end. Over all a nice backup to a curry or bbq dish.

Old rating from summer of 2011. Bottle poured into a pint glass. I tried to be as objective as possible, but this was as girly a beer as ive ever had, and not even refreshing in the heat, way too sweet for me.

A slightly hazy light yellow brew. Poured into a flute. Nice light aromas of, what else, watermelon. Flavor is very smooth. Not too sweet. Good watermelon flavor, with an interesting tarty-bitterness on the back side, like biting into the rind. I am not a huge fruit beer fan, but this is well made and very refreshing. Good summer/chick beer.

Bottle from Half Time. Pours hazy dirty gold with an emphemeral fizzy white head. Smells pretty much like watermelon sticky candy. Med body. Flavor is watermelon candy. There’s some sugar in here. More than I’d think watermelon juice would account for. Makes me think of Jolly Rancher. Not that good for me.
