COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
This classic style originates from the famous brewing town of Plzen in the Czech Republic. The town is blessed with beautiful soft water flowing right through the heart of it. The soft water lends itself to the brewing of very pale beers without the addition of any brewing salts. This in turn makes the Pilsner malt very palatable and the relatively high bitterness for a Pilsner is soft and refreshing. We use reverse osmosis to generate soft water and use 100% Pilsner malts and a generous amount of Saaz hops in the finish recreate one of the most famous styles in brewing.
