COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Made using a secret blend of Lactobacilli, this beer is then fermented with 400kg of pineapple puree, providing a real tropical punch to complement the effervescent, sharp base beer. This is a hugely enjoyable fruity sour!

Draught at The Pavement Vaults, York. Gold with white head. Sharp fruity notes from the start, acidic and souring but giving a fresh, refreshing beer. Pineapple and a touch of champagne in the flavours, some balancing sweetness. A darn fine beer.

Scopey (17083) - Croydon, Greater London, ENGLAND - OCT 12, 2017
Keg at Casc, Aberdeen. It pours clear bright gold with a medium foamy white head. The aroma is musty, bready, cheesecake, biscuit, bit of barnyard, tangy tropical fruit and pineapple chunks. The taste is crisp, clean, bright, tart, great sour pineapple character, sour candy, warheads, sherbet, decent mouth - pucker and lactic aspect with a dry finish. Medium body and moderate, prickly carbonation. Bright and chuggable. Fun scooping sour.
