Vibrant light rose, clean greasy head. Firm sweetness with a soft, spring of cloy that slips a little of the age on behind the booze burn. Clean rift of a malt shoulder towards the finish. Silky throughout, graceful mouth-feel with only that wee snip on the age/ABV. Christian (13819) - Odense, DENMARK - DEC 18, 2011
Bottle, Flu Jab Tasting
Boreft Beer Festival 2011: Hazy amber with a small off-white head. Aroma of raisin, dried apricot, vanilla and a touch of highland scotch. Sweetish rich and fruity flavour, with vanilla, vineous alcohol and notes of rhum or scotch Balazs (787) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2011
Cask @ Borefts 2011. Ruby-amber color with no head. Dark ripe fruits, caramel, hops in the aroma. Sweet, long lasting taste. Flat, medium bodied, with a sweet finish. MiP (15973) - Sønderborg, DENMARK - OCT 6, 2011
Cask, 11% at Borefts 2011. Not much aroma. Hazy dark copper colour. Very small white head. The flavour is nicely malty. With a hint of vanilla and a good dose of alcohol. Burning alcohol in the finish, actually. Too strong, in my opinion. Vaiz (4460) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 2, 2011
Cask @ BBF2011. Hazy copper pour, no head. Aroma is malty, fruity and sugary. Flavor is boozy cognac, malts, ripe fruits, sharp and thin. Nice though.

Cask at BBF. Dark honey amber color. Large off-white head. Slow to fall and no lacing. Hoppiness is subdued but faintly there. Big alcohol nose annd a slight sweet malt aroma. Very wine like taste.
