A very smooth beer. Aroma and appearance and all that much but the flavour offers a tasty tartness with a clean and bitter finish. A nice beer to begin, but certainly not end, a night with.
Cask at Gilbert’s, Buxton. Pale gold with a middling white head. Floral lemon up front. Lots of peach follows. Quite sweet. Pleasant, but could just use a tad more hop bite to balance it. DavyK (132) - East Kilbride, SCOTLAND - MAY 22, 2017
Cask at Redmond’s of Dennistoun. Bright aroma, but not too strong. Low carbonation and thin lacing, hit of lemon and sherbet as you sip. Good clean dust of US hops, but very easy going. Nice cask mesh ale... allmyvinyl (10508) - Edinburgh, SCOTLAND - MAY 1, 2017
Cask at the Hanging Bat. Pours clear yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of orange cordial. Taste is light sweet, more orange. Decent session pint. The_Osprey (7883) - Richmond, Greater London, ENGLAND - APR 22, 2017
Cask handpull at Draft House Hammersmith as Thornbridge Brother Rabbit, 4%. Pours pale golden, still and pretty clear with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is soft and biscuity, light mango notes. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is subtle with gooseberry, lychee, stones, touch of grapefruit. All very toned down but very drinkable indeed. I like it. 47574xeCD (1123) - Coventry, Warwickshire, ENGLAND - APR 5, 2017

Cask Pint – JDW Fest Autumn 2011 in Oct 2011 - Pale Gold in colour. Very Fruity; citrus grapefruit and tropical fruit. Hoppy; grassy and resinous hops, hint of pine. Malty; toasty malts. Good fruit/hop/malt balance. Mildly bitter-sweet fruity hoppy throughout. Dry in the finish. Very drinkable. (2011-10-12)

Cask @ The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, foamy white head. Aroma is very light floral citrus. Taste is a little disappointing, weak dried fruit, soft sweet malts. Fades away too easily. A rather lacklustre golden ale. Smithld1 (277) - Greater London, ENGLAND - JUN 25, 2016
Cask at the rake. I don’t mind this. Clings nicely to the glass. Pretty boring I must admit. Sessionable
