COMMERCIAL DESCRIPTION
Cask: Occasional.
Thornbridge Brother Rabbit (4%) - an early spring ale. Hopped with three classic American hops: Cascade, Chinook and Centennial (N.B. J D Wetherspoons festival programme October 2011 states hops are Amarillo and Cascade). Gold in colour with tropical fruits and orange sherbet dominating the aroma. Medium body with a clean firm bitterness to balance a great thirst quenching beer.

On tap at Craft Beer Co. One of the lesser Thornbridge brews I sampled but still pretty yummy. Bright, glowing golden-orange pour with a crisp, firm carbonation. Soft grassy notes along with expected floral and citric aromas. Inviting and springlike in late summer. Bright, lively mouthfeel enhances this effect to some degree and the hop profile was bright, bitter, and refreshing.

Cask at Redmonds of Dennistoun. Bright aroma, but not too strong. Low carbonation and thin lacing, hit of lemon and sherbet as you sip. Good clean dust of US hops, but very easy going. Nice cask mesh ale...

Cask handpull at Draft House Hammersmith as Thornbridge Brother Rabbit, 4%. Pours pale golden, still and pretty clear with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is soft and biscuity, light mango notes. Body is smooth with soft carbonation. Taste is subtle with gooseberry, lychee, stones, touch of grapefruit. All very toned down but very drinkable indeed. I like it.

UPDATED: FEB 19, 2017 Cask, Mariners Great Yarmouth. Golden colour. White foam head fading to light lacing. Not too much aroma, slightly fruity if anything. Fruity taste, apples, slightly tart with pleasant bitter finish. Easy drinking.

Cask Pint JDW Fest Autumn 2011 in Oct 2011 - Pale Gold in colour. Very Fruity; citrus grapefruit and tropical fruit. Hoppy; grassy and resinous hops, hint of pine. Malty; toasty malts. Good fruit/hop/malt balance. Mildly bitter-sweet fruity hoppy throughout. Dry in the finish. Very drinkable. (2011-10-12)

Cask @ The Three Fishes, Shrewsbury. Pours clear gold, foamy white head. Aroma is very light floral citrus. Taste is a little disappointing, weak dried fruit, soft sweet malts. Fades away too easily. A rather lacklustre golden ale.

Cask at Thornbridge. Aroma of grain mostly. Taste has grain as well, with lots of nasty soap. This is a miss. Thin body.
