Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense - The Hype Must Be Real. Dark golden with a lasting white head. Amazing aroma of berries, pear, funk and oak. Dry with a fruity sweetness. Flavour notes of tart berries, red wine and oak.

Benters (177) - Leicestershire, ENGLAND - JAN 13, 2018
Pours a hazy reddish-amber colour with thin head which subsides quickly. Aromas are a complex blend of raspberries, oak, acetic acid and much more! Smells like a rich red wine. Taste has a sharp sourness at first which is soon replaced by the sweet fruitiness or the raspberries and malt driven flavours. Really refreshing, quite a dry and tart finish but not to an extreme. Sour beers can be really challenging and polarising but this one stands out for me in terms of the depth and complexities of flavours. It’s sour, but not excessively and delivers a really nice balance of malt sweetness and yeast-driven flavours alongside this.
