Süß-klebriger Hopfenantrunk, disharmonisch. Der Hopfen beruhigt sich dann etwas und wird angenehmer, das Bier bleibt aber uneinheitlich und nicht sonderlich gelungen. /8/8/9//9

Cask on my English stag, 15/10/11. Pops MacDrunkeasy was tucking into this one for breakfast. Aroma a 9 of Tropical Starburst, blackcurrant, mango strawberry chew etc.....with something weightier, possibly malty in the background; butter biscuit and ginger. Light alcohol warm overpowered by fresh, filthy, citrusy, blackcurrant-sodden hops. Beer of The Day, obviously. anders37 (26678) - Malmö, SWEDEN - NOV 6, 2011
Cask @ The Craft Beer Co, Clerkenwell EC1. Pours a golden color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty hoppy grapefruit aroma. Fruity malty piney hoppy grapefruit flavor. Has a fruity malty hoppy bitter piney grapefruit finish. Jaksmart (454) - Aarhus, DENMARK - NOV 6, 2011
Tap @ BBF. Beautiful clear amber color, tiny white head. Aromo is quite hoppy with lots of delicious fruits: peach, pineapple and some syrup. Taste is very sweet in the first notes. Pineapple, apples, orange and peach. Pretty good balance, could use some more bitterness, if you ask me. BeerViking (4907) - Brentford, Greater London, ENGLAND - NOV 4, 2011
Cask at CASK. Sweet and herby hops on nose. Spicy with citrus and fruit cake notes. Warming and chewy.

7 fruity hoppy aroma
3 Cloudy flat orange, no head
6 Dull sweet body, sweet malts, sweet fruity hops. Underattenuated.
3 Sweet and flat. Pleasant fresh shpopy finish, but also a bit sickly.
11 Underwhelmed. Flat and ticky. I have to ask either what’s happened to Thornbridge, or what’s happened to this fass?
Tap @ BBF ’11. Very intense IIPA. Amber/brown pour. Very bitter with a lot of hops (which is great!). Hints of grapefruit, lemon and other fruits in the taste. And again, very hoppy! It was nice to drink an IIPA at the festival after all the stouts! Balazs (787) - Den Haag, NETHERLANDS - OCT 26, 2011
Cask @ Borefts 2011. Amber color with no head. Pine, citrus, resin, rye in the aroma. Sweet taste in a flat, medium body. Long lasting sweet finish. Martinus (4610) - Baarle-Nassau, NETHERLANDS - OCT 19, 2011
Hazy amber golden beer, cream white head. Hoppy aroma, citrus, grapefruit, pine and apricot. Some caramel and malts. Bitter hoppy flavour, quite a hop bite. Resinous, fruity, pine, citrus. Slight sweetness, some caramel. Finish dry and bitter. Nice.

(Draught -gravity- @ Borefts ’11)
Cask at CP&K. It pours hazy light amber, with a decent white head. The nose is sweet citrus, pine, earth and caramel. The taste is pine, resin, big hop bite, oily, leather, underlying caramel sweetness, orange pith, light spice, earth, playdough and alcohol warmth, with a long warming bitter finish. Medium body, fine carbonation and slightly sticky mouth-feel. Flavoursome and well balanced. A great beer.
