500ml bottle from the LCBO (fresh, one hopes). Clear and incredibly bubbly gold with a large and lasting fizzy/foamy white head. Aroma is grass, lemon zest, light floral bitterness and a hint of biscuity slightly sweet grain - pretty decent. Taste - a little bit of dry acidity there, lots of lemon/lemongrass and for the trifecta, lemon zest - nice and refreshing, building alcohol. Light, very nicely carbonated, dry with an acidic zing in the medium finish - simple, but extremely refreshing. Possibly better on keg than cask but I will seek this one out on handpull my next trip to Blighty.

So after the Jaipur I got to sample this with my learned off-sider, Bartlett. This is a bit more like it we agreed. It had a greater depth of colour, leaning toward orange amber and spicy resinous aromas. There was a bigger body with up front resinous hoppiness and amiable bitterness. There was good warmth from the higher alcohol content and a lengthy finish coupled with greater drinkers satisfaction. Lovely stuff. More please.

Barwa: bardzo jasna, słomkowa, lekko zmętniona. Piana biała, drobno i średnio pęcherzykowa, dość szybko zanikająca, ale oblepiająca szkło. Wysycenie średnie. Aromat: typowy dla chmieli amerykańskich, a zatem żywica, cytrusy, owoce tropikalne. Przykrywający wszystko i bardzo przyjemny. Brak nuty alkoholowej. Smak: początkowo słodki ze zdecydowaną chmielową kontrą. Goryczka średnia do wysokiej. Stosunek ceny do jakości podobnie. Nie może zatem dziwić dość wysoka ocena. Polecam.

Pours misty golden with pillowy robust head. Nice busty unique aroma. Melange of tropical fruits - pineapple, kiwi and a hint of mango - cushioned against some pear, pine and caramel malt, maybe a little strawberry. Very soft and light on the palate but creamy. Taste is sweet pear and tropical fruit with some pine and mediating biscuit malts. Beautifully synchronized. Has a clean medium bitter finish.
