2011 bottle from grove, huddesfield. Pitch with a good tan head. Aroma is soy and earth, meaty gravy. Taste is rich sweetness and savoury salt, followed by good tangy bitterness. Very oily and good zingy carbonation. Excellent. Garrold (5276) - Sheffield, South Yorkshire, ENGLAND - FEB 24, 2015
Bottle. Hallamshire House, Sheffield. Bottled December 2011. Clear, dark ruby red. Thin, dense, slow moving, lasting, tan coloured head. The nose has a very savoury, meaty, beefy, soy sauce thing going on. Lots of liquorice. Some ripe, black fruits. Hint of vanilla. Hint of peppery spice. Loads of depth. As it warms, a cherry liqueur chocolate sweetness comes in. Taste is rich, dark chocolate bitter. Some dryness, too. Sweetness on the lips. Palate is rich, smooth, boozy, and a little oily. Finishes with some smoky sweetness, and a chewy, rich, bitterness. Yer genuine rabbit gravy of a beer. mabel (9246) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - DEC 23, 2014

[Bottle (12oz) shared with Ferris, jercraigs & mabel -- c/o j&m. 2011 vintage] Pours a dark amber-brown with an average size lasting frothy light-brown head. Slightly odd aroma of roasted malt, milk chocolate, cigarette ash, dark fruit and anise. Flavour of roasted malt along with ash and vinous notes. Medium bodied. A bit of an odd duck this one, pretty good but not great. jercraigs (10374) - Toronto, Ontario, CANADA - SEP 4, 2014
2014-08-26. Black body with a modest tan head. Aroma is quite interesting, sort of tangy vinous character, light earthy not quite smokey character, dark malt core. 8+ Flavour is similar, with a very sweet dark malt core, light dusty malt and cocoa notes, and a mild tangy fruity quality throughout. Really interesting. 8+ Smooth average plus to medium bodied palate, soft carbonation. 3++ Not sure I’d want a lot of it at once but I found it really interesting. Bottle brewed April 2011, from AleselA, Glasgow Ferris (15336) - Burnaby, British Columbia, CANADA - AUG 26, 2014
Bottle - Vintage 2011 - Tobacco and leather with some roast and dust. Deep jet brown with a brown head. Tobacco and leather, dark fruit and some vinous notes. Odd. nicocanta (94) - - JUL 24, 2014
