Sehr dunkelbrauens, fast schwarzes Bier mit geringer bräunlichen Schaumkrone. Geruch sehr röstmalzig, Kaffee, Schokolade, holzig. Geschmack intensiv röstmalzig, holzig, Kaffe, Schokolade, leicht alkoholisch.

Bottle at the Euston Tap, shared with the boys behind the bar. Pours black-brown with a fine, beige head. Lots of new oak in the nose with mild hard alcohol, roasted malts and cocoa. Big sweet flavor with dark fruits, dark malts, understated roast, dark sugar, alcohol, wood. Full bodied and chewy with fine carbonation. Mild warmth to finish with light roast, cocoa, dark earth, light peat. Pretty awesome beer overall.
