Cask at the Euston Tap. Mostly clear, vibrant gold with a dense, pure white, creamy head. Honey, bready malts, orange citrus hops in the nose. Lightly sweet with cereal, mild veggies, earthy and floral bitterness. Medium bodied with fine to average carbonation. Hops linger in the throat to finish, with mild warmth and caramel malts. Cask at the Cask P&K, Pimlico on Friday 9th April. Coppery gold with lacing off-white head. Rounded hoppiness with biscuity malt notes, quite tangy citrus bite and a bittersweet finish. Mouthfeel slightly saline.

Cask - CASK Pub & Kitchen, London. A golden amber beer with a lasting small & creamy off-white head that left a uniform lacing. Peppery hops, lemon sherbet, and some grapefruit/passion fruit as it warmed. Spicey hop flavour profile, not too biting with good lemon notes and floral hop overtones. Cask conditioned at Minehead Beer Fest ’10. Gold to amber with white head. Crisp and biscuity body, nicely dry and bitter with an aromatic hoppy presence. The hop taste is green grassy with a hint of lime zest and finishing a little spicy. nicely drinkable, another good Thornbridge beer. Cask @ Firehouse, Sowerby Bridge. Golden with a thick creamy head. Hopped with a medium to full body and a mid tropical fruit aroma and taste.
