A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Flaska från systembolaget. Tydlig citrussmak som avslutas med humle. Besk eftersmak. God, men inget speciellt på något sätt.

Very lightly coloured for an ipa. Restrained aromas of citrus with hints of caramel and honey. Flavours of honey and malt with a gentle but long hop finish. It's refreshing to drink an English style ipa that demonstrates how an understated beer can still be of very high quality, when so many ipa's on the market try to "out-hop" each other in the American style. -

Pours clear golden with a white head. Aroma has notes of malt, caramel, orange, grape, stone fruit and citrus. Taste is light to medium sweet and medium bitter. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

A very drinkable, and light, IPA. Color is yellow, mouthfeel is well carbonated. Aroma is citrus-based and aftertaste is bitter. Well-made, just not exciting.

On tap in Chmielarnia, Warsaw. Pale yellow in color, perfectly clear, with modest white head. Aroma is fresh and citrusy. Light body, tastes of lemon, with a hint of grass and maybe a trace of yeasty esters. A very solid IPA, but not outstanding in any way.

On tap. Interesting. I just spent a while in the UK searching for good local beers and didn't see this. Hoppy but light. Good ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Very nice IPA, well balanced blend of citrusy sweetness and hoppiness. Golden pour with healthy head.

UPDATED: JUN 18, 2013 Cask at the eagle. Slightly hazy straw colour. Great aroma, fruity and hoppy. Always a lovely drop. Rich, fruity, sticky, slightly boozy and so hoppy. A winner. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

50cl bottle from Systembolaget. It poured a slightly pale golden colour with a medium big white foamy head that setted down fast in the glass. Aroma is medium hoppy. Notes of citrus, pine and some honey. Flavour is medium bitter with a decent amount of hops, citrus and pine. Not much honey at first, but after a while the honey shows up. Medium long bitterness. A bit disappointing really as I had read alot about this beer and was expecting more from the aroma and flavour although it’s far from a bad IPA.
