A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Cask at Taps Beer Bar Kuala Lumpur. Very light amber pour. Almost no froth with a little lacing. The aroma is not inviting but the taste is very special. Very smoothly hopped with a very definite hint of honey. Quite a lingering bitterness too! A really lovely beer but not quite a session beer due to the higher alcohol content. Very drinkable, Very Thornbridge! ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle at Ölrepubliken, Göteborg. Hazy pale golden, rich white head. Pineapple aroma, citrus, grapes, hay, metallic and herbal notes. Hoppy bitter flavor, metal notes, some perfume, citrus, bread, caramel, pineapple, grassy, pine, some woody notes. Hoppy citrus finish, fruity, metallic with caramel notes. Really refreshing.

Top class drop this! Pours Yellow (lighter colour than expected) with a finger head that recedes quickly into a thin lacing. Mostly citrus hops on the nose. Taste is brilliant. very hoppy with some lingering bitterness, but not too bitter, and a little sweetness of honey that I thought was a great touch. I wish I bought more than one of these!

Clear golden body with lasting head. Nose is sweet and fruity with a bit of grass. Taste is smooth, well carbonated, good length and although nothing really stood out for me in this beer it was easily enjoyable and drinkable.

50cl bottle from Vinmonopolet, Vika. Pours clear golden with a nice off-white head. Lovely hoppy and fruit smell from the moment it is poured in the glass. Hoppy aroma with citrus, tropical fruits, pine, malt, caramel and a hint of spices. Sweet and fruity with a citric and bitter finish. Very well balanced. The caramelly sweetness fades into a grapefruity bitterness. Tasty and refreshing IPA with more flavour than expected. Aftertaste of grapefruit with a lasting bitterness. Very nice IPA!

500ml bottle. Pours a slightly cloudy pale gold, with a moderate off-white head, which lasts well and leaves good lacing. Toffee and fresh white bread serve as a base for strong tropical fruit and pine hops aromas, with pineapple and honeydew melon especially prominent. An initial touch of pine is overcome by potent grapefruit and pineapple hops flavours. These last into the mid-palate, where they are joined by a touch of mango and some white bread and caramel malt notes. Mango and melon hops notes bring a fruitier touch to the finish, and there is a lingering pine aftertaste. I have wanted to try this beer for quite a while, and it certainly doesn’t disappoint. A nice, razor-sharp IPA, with an enjoyable breadth of flavour.

500ml bottle. Golden peach skin with a deep white head that settles quickly. Thick aroma of hops wih some citrus and pineapple thrown in. Full bodied in the mouth with a lingering aftertaste.

Very nice IPA. Sweet with caramel notes and a lot of hops. The bitterness stays in your mouth. Very complex beer.
