Yellowish colour, not much head. Aroma is caramel hops, grassy hops and also some fruityness. Flavour is quite the same, with lots of grapefruits and grass in the finish and aftertaste.
[Cask at GBBF] Clear golden. Strong grapefruity hop aroma. Sweet with rounded mouthfeel. Soft and solidly malty, yet zesty and dangerously drinkable. Finishes with medium bitterness. Citric and refreshing. Papsoe (25063) - Frederiksberg, DENMARK - NOV 21, 2006

Cloudy gold beer. Smooth tasty IPA. A little grapefruit bitterness in the finish but overall this is a refreshing IPA.

Tap at pre ZBF. Crisp palate but quickly turns soft. Lovely fruity hops but there is a detrimental whisper of sulphur.

Bottle thanks to the ever thoughtful Ian Harrison. Cheers Ian! Hazy gold beer, good white head. Palate is light and minerally crisp. The malt is light and has a little cream. Very good citric hops. Fresh and medium bitter. Zesty orange, orange peel and a little lemon. Light tangerine. Finishes crisp with a good bitter linger. Clean and well balanced for the style and very refreshing.
UPDATED: AUG 6, 2010 Bottle at pre-ZBF 2010. Pale hazy yellow, big head, massive lacing. Aroma of sea salt and pepper. Taste is malty, slightly sweet, bitter finish. Very drinkable. 3.5
Second try, sample from the Connecticut process. Aroma of freshly mown grass, taste has better balance. Extremely tasty. 4.0
