A citrus dominated India Pale Ale, its immediate impression is soft and smooth yet builds to a crescendo of massive hoppiness accentuated by honey. An enduring, bitter finish.

Very citrusy aroma. Very pale colour. I would describe this as a west coast ipa. A good west coast ipa but not mind blowing.

Cloudy yellow beer, standard carbonation, white head, lots of citric notes at nose, in palate medium body rather alcoholic sensation, however clear aftertaste with several hop flavours.

Not quite what I was expecting. Great citrus notes on the aroma, a lovely golden colour but the bitterness was a little too much for my liking. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

PapaVillum (947) - Valby, DENMARK - JUN 20, 2017
Dog stadig velsmagende. 40 cl på fad, 5.9 % ABV, nydt på Kompasset Ø•lbar på Østerbro, CPH. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Bottle 330 ml from Waitrose, Edgware Road. Aromas of malts and tropical fruit. Big white head and clear golden body. Taste is bitter with malts and tropical fruits. Good, sharp notes of grapefruit and citrus.

F: thin, white, quick gone. C: pale gold, clear. A: malty, orange, tangerine, tropical fruits, mango, pine. T: malty, tangerine, light earthy, orange, tropical fruits, caramel, pine resin, not very offensive bitterness, easy drinking, medium body, medium carbonation, good enjoyed, 33cl bottle from Waitrose supermarket @ Albion Way in Horsham.

Pours a surprisingly pale straw with a modest, medium bubble head that didn’t last long. Aroma is of lemons and resin. Drinks very dry & a little oily, with a bold slug of lemons and piney resin. Lingering parching dryness and lemony bitter, I don’t enjoy it much
